1. Agreement to Terms: By accessing or using SmartFollow ([https://smartfollow.in](https://smartfollow.in)), operated by Mass International, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description: SmartFollow provides cloud-based production tracking and workflow automation software for garment and textile manufacturers.

3. Accounts & Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing: SmartFollow is offered as a monthly software subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle via our authorized payment processor (Razorpay).

5. Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt infrastructure operations.

6. Termination: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
