Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your SmartFollow monthly subscription at any time directly through the "Settings > Billing" section inside your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further charges will occur.

2. Refund Policy: Because SmartFollow provides instant digital access upon account activation, payments are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing cycles or unused periods.

3. Payment Disputes: If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us immediately at smartfollowsupport@gmail.com with your transaction details.
